School of excellence
The School of Information Sciences (ESI), created in 1975 and reorganized by Decree n°2-15-943, is an engineering school governed by the provisions of law n°01.00 on the organization of higher education in Morocco. The school is under the authority of the High Commission for Planning (HCP).
ESI is the only public institution in Morocco to train engineers in the fields of information science, in particular content, data and knowledge engineering, document engineering, competitive intelligence, strategic intelligence and information systems.
Its mission is to provide basic and continuing training, as well as scientific research, with a view to actively contributing to the development of the information society in Morocco.
