In accordance with the cooperation agreement signed between the School of Information Sciences (ESI) and the School of Information Sciences at the University of Tennessee Knoxville, a student exchange program has been launched to strengthen scientific, educational, and cultural cooperation between the two institutions.
The first exchange took place in early January 2026. On this occasion, a group of American students enrolled in the “Information Science Global Study” program was welcomed to the ESI.
During their stay, the students attended training sessions at the ESI, focusing in particular on Generative AI for Data Analytics and Storytelling, Prompt Engineering and Data Analytics, and Case Studies and Datasets for Portfolio Projects. This partnership and exchange program are part of ESI’s international outreach strategy and its desire to develop structured collaborations in the fields of information science, data, and emerging technologies.
